Program Terms

Use of brand name
ActievandeDag.nl grants permission for the use of the brand name for promotional purposes. As a publisher, you have a duty to ensure that ActievandeDag.nl is spelled correctly. The brand name may not be associated with misleading or inaccurate information. The use of the brand name in combination with competitor offers or discount codes is not allowed.

Special promotions
Only the partners/products present in the product feed of ActievandeDag may be promoted by publishers. Actions related to NS and Efteling may not be promoted at any time. Should it be an exception, this will be communicated by Emesa. In all other cases, sales will be rejected.

Starting price
As of 14-04-2015 it is mandatory to mention the starting price including additional costs on the website or in the newsletter.

SEA
- It is not allowed to send traffic directly to Actievandedag.nl;
- Publishers are not allowed to show their ads when ActievandeDag.nl as a brand name or variants and/or misspellings thereof are entered as keywords;
- It is explicitly not allowed to advertise on the brand name and/or misspellings of Actievandedag.nl
- It is explicitly forbidden to advertise on the brand name and/or misspellings of partners of ActionandeDag.nl (e.g. Walibi, Slagharen et cetera);
- Publishers may not use ActievandeDag.nl in their displayed URL;
- ActievandeDag.nl and other misspellings may not be used in combination with discount code related keyword combinations;
- Publishers may not use ActievandeDag.nl in their title and description;
- ActievandeDag.nl and other misspellings must be included as a negative keyword;
- These rules apply to all search engines.

SEO
Publishers are not allowed to use misleading or incorrect meta text in their SEO results. The texts should correspond to the proposition communicated by the network.

Google Shopping
Google Shopping is not allowed for the campaign.

Typosquatting (Direct linking).
Typosquatting is not allowed. This means that it is not permitted to redirect visitors from websites without content to an advertiser's website (e.g. misspellings of ActievandeDag.nl registered as a domain name).

Promotion through Marketplace
Promotion via Marktplaats is explicitly not allowed.
