This milestone year made our success even more special. Thanks to strong collaborations, smart optimisations, and the dedication of our teams, we achieved outstanding performance across multiple channels once again.

This year’s Black Friday, once again exceeded expectations. Building on the momentum of previous years, we focused on strategy, timing, and data-driven execution, and the results spoke for themselves. Across our network, engagement and conversions reached new heights, demonstrating the continued strength and adaptability of affiliate marketing during this competitive period.

Marking 25 years of growth, it’s inspiring to see how far we’ve come and how the same spirit of collaboration and curiosity that defined our early days continues to drive our success today.

Standout Channels and highlights

Several channels delivered exceptional results during Black Friday 2025. Whether it was through high-performing publishers, innovative content campaigns, or perfectly timed offers, these channels showed how powerful collaboration and creativity can be.
While some verticals maintained their proven success, others surprised us with remarkable growth. This year once again confirmed that flexibility, insight, and timing are key to success during the busiest shopping week of the year.

Channel Living, House & Garden stood out as the number one performer of the Black Friday season. Followed by an impressive growth for channel Fashion. We also saw remarkable growth in channel Sports & Hobby.

Comparing Black Friday 2025 to Last Year’s Success

This year, Black Friday once again proved to be a major highlight on our calendar. While every year brings its own unique challenges and opportunities, 2025 built on the momentum of last year’s achievements.

With commissions up 4% and clicks increasing by 66%, Black Friday once again proved its extraordinary impact as a key moment in the year.

Key Learnings and Takeaways

This year we not only focussed on fixed fee collaborations between our advertisers and publishers, we also recommended CPAi´s to boost the campaign performances even more! When we look at the advertisers who combined the Fixed fees with a CPAI, we noticed a revenue increase of 8,2% compared to competitors that only focussed on fixed fees.
