Linehub update on Coronavirus measures
Date of publication:
With the rapid developments around the world concerning the Coronavirus, Linehub has decided to take measures accordingly.
Most importantly: we are handling this as ‘business as usual’ as much as possible. We continually aim to bring you result-driven and effective performance marketing solutions. If you have a meeting scheduled with Linehub, this will take place via video conferencing.
Office operations
Currently all team members in all our offices are advised to work from home. This applies to all Linehub labels: Affiliprint, Conversive, Daisycon and (for the Benelux) Sovendus BV. These measures concern our offices in Aarhus (DK), Antwerp (BE), Oldenburg (DE), Oslo (NO), Bucharest (RO) and Taipei (TW). It also includes our HQ in Almere, The Netherlands.
Regarding the Linehub HQ in Almere: in line with government guidelines, the HQ in Almere will still be open, with a limited, voluntary team on site.
Business Meetings: video conferencing
Linehub is maintaining ‘business as usual’ for business meetings, although with an important modification: all physical meetings will be replaced by video conferencing. This applies to meetings both at a Linehub office as well as at any other location.
If you have a meeting scheduled with Linehub, we kindly ask you to retain this meeting in your agenda. Your Linehub contact person will get in touch with you beforehand and provide clear and simple instructions to set-up video conferencing.
Fully operational and connected
Working from home and working in teams across different countries is done on a regular basis within Linehub, we are very much capable of managing this situation. For both internal and external communications secure platforms and tools are at hand, be it email, phone or via Google Meet.
We will maintain all our development and operations during this period. All effective measures and policies are until further notice.
We hope to contribute in overcoming this situation and that this also applies to you.
Let’s make this work together.
