Regulations for online marketing change on a regular basis. As of the beginning of 2015, the affiliate cookies from Daisycon are officially excluded from the consent request that was mandatory in Dutch law. In most other countries this already was the case, but Dutch law was one of the most rigorous in Europe. On January the 1st this year, new European legislation about data leaks has become effective. All this causes that advertisers and publishers ask us many questions about how to inform their visitors and how to comply to the law.
