  Buying traffic through networks and search engines is allowed, as long as you abide by the following conditions:
  
  • Ads must be linked towards your own website. It is not allowed to send ads directly (or by redirecting) to the advertiser’s website.
  • It is not allowed to target the brand name, website name, other relevant names, misspellings or other varieties. This includes both domain names and keywords.
  • The restricted keywords mentioned above have to be added as negative keywords.
  • Besides misspellings, combined keywords that contain the brand name are also not allowed, for instance ‘m2 trading onderdelen’.
  • Making use of the advertiser’s brand names and/or a combination of such, relevant/misspellings in the ad texts and/or visible URL in the form of a domain or subdomain is not allowed.
  Example:
  “m2trading.mydomain.com” = Not allowed.
  “mydomain.com/m2trading” = Allowed.
  
  Sales that are being generated in any of the afore mentioned ways will get rejected, thus not granting the commission to the publisher.

  The act of sending out commercial communication from out the affiliate network is only permitted if the publisher can demonstrate and verify that he/she is compliant with the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the guidelines written below.
  
  • Previews have to be sent for approval by the advertiser (via [email protected]).
  • By submitting a preview the publisher agrees to be compliant with article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that permission is granted by the email recipients, prior to sending out any form of commercial communication.
  • The commercial communication can only be sent out after the preview has been approved by the advertiser.
  Any consequences as a result of sending out spam, intentional or unintentional, or commercial communication without the permission of the advertiser are the publisher’s own responsibility.
  • Publishers who wish to use their own creative designs are required to first send it to the advertiser for approval.
  • The publisher may never send out anything in the name of (or pretend to be) the advertiser, thus always making use of his/her own (website/company) name. The name M2 Trading, relevant terms or misspellings may not be used in the sender ID when sending out emails.
  • Every email that is being sent by the publisher is required to have the option to unsubscribe from the emailing list.
  • Cashback programs are not allowed to be sent out by email without prior approval by the advertiser.
  • You may only send out commercial communication to email addresses that have opt-in, and are acquired in a way that is compliant with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) regulations.
  • All commercial communication has to be approved by the advertiser prior to publishing. This also includes approval of the date when the emails will be sent out, the amount of email addresses, the sender ID and the subject line. You will need approval by the advertiser every time you want to send out a (new) commercial communication.
  • When the publisher fails to comply with one (or multiple) of these guidelines, the advertiser has the option to reject the sales or leads that were generated, thus not granting the commission to the publisher.
  
  • Non-incentivized e-mail:
  Non-incentivized email is allowed provided to the in point '2. Email Marketing' mentioned conditions are met.
  
  • Incentivized email:
  Incentivized email is allowed provided to the in point '2. Email Marketing' and point '6: Cashback websites / savings programmes' terms and conditions are met.

  Cashback is only allowed in certain situations and need approval by the advertiser. Below are specific terms and conditions that apply to cashback:
  
  • It has to be clearly stated that the cashback fee will not be coming from M2trading.com
  • It has to be clearly stated that the cashback fee will be coming from the affiliate.
  • M2trading.com has no influence on the cashback fee.
  • Cashback fees have to be advertised and awarded in credits/points or any other form, as long as it is not in real currencies like Euro’s, Dollars, Bitcoins, etc.

  Social Media is allowed, as long as it is clearly stated that M2 Trading is not the owner of the account and is not responsible for the content on this given social media profile or page. There may not be any connection with virtual currencies, and buying ads is not allowed.
  
  Using social media as a form of generating traffic towards your own website is allowed. It is also allowed to generate traffic towards the official social media accounts/pages of the advertiser.
