Nationale-Nederlanden Schade Affiliate Programm

Nationale-Nederlanden, with over 6 million private and business customers, is one of the largest and leading insurers in the Netherlands.

The affiliate program of Nationale-Nederlanden consists of car insurance, legal expenses insurance, travel and cancellation insurance, boat insurance, home insurance, building insurance and liability insurance.

The program is actively managed and contains up to date material, in addition you can hitch a ride on the brand awareness and promotion through other offline and online channels.

Checks and deduplication
Orders can be rejected if:

• The order has not been placed within the terms and guidelines of the affiliate program.
• The application form has not been filled in correctly and/or completely.
• The application form has been sent several times with the same data (double sales).
• If the applicant does not pass the acceptance criteria of Nationale-Nederlanden.

Orders will not be duplicated against other channels.

Conditions and questions
There are a number of rules attached to the Nationale-Nederlanden affiliate program. The conditions below apply to the "schade" products. For questions or ideas about promotion, please contact the Daisycon account manager, the ticket system or by emailing to [email protected].

Communication
For communication on all affiliate websites and social media channels, the correct and most up-to-date propositions and campaign materials of Nationale-Nederlanden must be used. Content from Nationale-Nederlanden must be used for communication with visitors; only with Daisycon's approval can such content be used. As soon as this is not done or incorrect information about the proposition is visible, the publisher will be removed from the affiliate program of Nationale-Nederlanden and any sales made will be rejected.
Links may only be placed on the website that has been admitted to the Nationale-Nederlanden campaign. When using links on other websites, Nationale-Nederlanden reserves the right to reject sales and/or deny access to the campaign.
Promotions from Nationale-Nederlanden, which are not intended for the affiliate channel, may not be promoted by the affiliates. Actions for the affiliate channel will only be communicated to affiliates via the partner email, newsletter or by Daisycon's account manager of Nationale-Nederlanden.
Invalid cookie methods
Direct linking via pop-ups, pop-unders etc. is not allowed. Other forms of cookie dropping are not allowed either. It is also not allowed to use applications or toolbars in promotions, whether or not to influence the last cookie and to send traffic originating from any form of software, adware, spyware and/or malware.
Media buying
Media buying, the purchase of traffic with display material from Nationale-Nederlanden, can only be used with NN's permission.
Test conversions
The affiliate may not place a test conversion for the affiliate program, this must be agreed with Daisycon or NN.
Failing
In the unlikely event of the bankruptcy of the advertiser, outstanding commissions will be cancelled. The right to commissions is hereby cancelled.
General Data Protection Order
Affiliates participating in the affiliate programme of Nationale Nederlanden must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), active as of 25 May 2018, as defined on https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/onderwerpen/avg-nieuwe-europese-privacywetgeving/algemene-informatie-avg. The Telecommunications Act must also be complied with, with particular emphasis on Article 11.7a regarding the placing and/or reading of data on the user's peripherals, as defined on http://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0009950/2017-07-01. Affiliates must use all data obtained during the promotion of the products and/or services of Nationale Nederlanden (including, but not limited to, personal data, surfing data and marketing data) exclusively for the benefit of Nationale Nederlanden. At the end of campaigns and/or termination of the affiliate programme, participating affiliates must destroy any data they have obtained.
Other provisions
a. The following sites are explicitly not allowed:

• Sites that are of a pornographic or violent nature
• Sites that include or encourage illegal activities
• Sites that are discriminatory or offensive
• Sites that violate copyrights
• Sites that act as resellers
• Infringe the name and reputation of Advertiser

b. Creating your own advertising material is not permitted
c. The right remains to exclude affiliates without reason and/or reject sales if:

• from which no affiliate ID / transaction ID is known
• the said terms and conditions are not complied with

When an affiliate is excluded, this party will be notified 7 days prior to the exclusion.
